Healthy food for babys

 Here are 5 healthy foods that are great for babies (6 months and above), easy to digest, and full of essential nutrients:


1. Banana  

Soft, sweet, and easy to mash, bananas are rich in potassium and provide energy. They make a great first food.


2. Rice Porridge (Rice Cereal)  

Gentle on the tummy, this simple porridge is a traditional first solid in many Indian homes. It’s easy to digest and can be made with breast milk or formula.



3. Boiled Carrot  

Rich in vitamin A and naturally sweet. Once soft-boiled, it can be mashed or pureed.



4. Moong Dal (Yellow Lentils)  

Cooked until soft and mashed well, moong dal is rich in protein and easy to digest. You can mix it with rice for a complete meal.



5. Apple Puree  

Steamed and mashed apples are sweet, high in fiber, and good for digestion.



Always introduce one new food at a time and check for allergies. No salt, sugar, or honey for babies under 1 year.
